Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. 1. Can I change my order information or cancel my order?
Please contact us at service@icoice.com to cancel your order before it shipped! We'd be more than happy to help you cancel or modify your order. However, once your order has shipped, we can no longer cancel or make adjustments.
2. How long does shipping take?
- Orders will be processed within 2 business days. Once processed, the parcel will be sent to carriers.
- Tracking status may not be synced in real-time, as it will only be updated once the parcel arrives in the destination country (~7 business days after order confirmation).
- The shipping time is up to multiple factors like the handling time of local postal services and other factors like customs clearance, bad weather, etc.
- Standard Shipping Time: 8-12 business days
- Expedited Shipping Time: 5-8 business days
3. Tracking updates have been frozen for a few days.
Delivery processing may be delayed due to local delivery circumstances such as customs clearance, bad weather, volume, etc and tracking updates may stop accordingly.
It will be updated if you wait for a little, so please be patient with us.
